I lost my ticket/wristband, can I get a new one? Tickets
will not be reissued for lost or stolen tickets that are purchased in
advance online. Treat your tickets and the wristband you receive for
entry the day of the event like cash. NOTE: If you cannot find your e-ticket confirmation prior to arriving at the festival, check your email junk/spam folder. If you still cannot find your confirmation, contact Eventbrite Customer Support: 1-877-297-6805

I bought two tickets and both tickets have my name on them will that matter at the gate? No. Make sure to bring an undamaged printout of your ticket(s) to the gate and make sure each person has their own ticket. Note: should there be any issues with the ticket at the gate, only the ticket buyer named on the ticket will be able to troubleshoot your order.
Do I need to print out my e-ticket and bring it to the gate? Yes.
Can I buy an RV Pass? No. Sorry. All RV passes are sold out.
Will there be wifi and/or cell service on site? There is no wifi on site. Cell service is limited depending on your carrier.
Can I bring my pet dog, cat, squirrel, iguana? No pets (with the exception of licenses ADA Service animals) in the camping or concert grounds.
Will there be ATMs on site? No. The neighboring village of Nellysford has a couple of banks with ATMs. Beer tickets and event merchandise may be purchased using credit cards, however, most independant vendors will no have credit card terminals.
Is glass allowed on site? For the safety of patrons, do not bring glass containers on site.
